1. Data Collection & GDPR Compliance

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we only collect data necessary to provide our digital cloning services. This includes your email, name, and any data you explicitly upload to your "Brain Vault."

2. Data Isolation & Security (SOC 2)

AgentFactory adheres to SOC 2 principles of security, availability, and confidentiality. Every user workspace is logically isolated. Your "digital twin" logic and training data are stored in dedicated namespaces and are never shared with other users or used to train global models without consent.

3. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data at any time.
• Request the "Right to be Forgotten" (complete account and data deletion).
• Export your data in a portable format.

4. Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. We use Supabase and Vercel infrastructure, which are SOC 2 Type II compliant.
